Due to the nature of the product and Federal Health Regulations we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If you feel your item is defective (before install) or you received the wrong items please contact our customer service department at hello@rejoycedbybeauty.com. Please include your name, address, and order number in your email. A inquiry must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your items.
Items will be exchanged if it is deemed they are defective or if you received the wrong items. To be eligible for an exchange ( due to error), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
No exchange will be granted if product has been unraveled, co-washed, or manipulated in any manner from its original state. This also applies to wigs. Wigs may not be altered in any state. Lace cannot be cut.
Due to the nature of the product, your order must meet Federal Health Regulations before requesting an exchange. All returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon arrival to our office. We are not responsible for returns that get lost in the mail.

After placing your order, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing. We only ship products to confirmed addresses. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with your Credit/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm.
For all custom units, please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
Business days do not include, weekends or holidays.
After your order has been processed, you will receive tracking and expected delivery date via email. A signature is required.
Rejoyced By Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the shipping agency and file a claim.
Rejoyced By Beauty is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.
If you believe you have an issue locating your package, check your tracking number or contact your local post office.
In the event your package cannot be successfully delivered, and is sent back to Rejoyced By Beauty you are responsible for additional shipping fees.
