Shipping policy

Shipping Information 

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. All items are sent with signature conformation required!

No overnight shipping or international shipping available at this time.

Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. All shipments are required to be signed upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Box's. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee  the shipping carrier charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

We only ship to verified billing addresses when making a payment with your credit card. If you pay with a card, your order has to be shipped to your billing address. If your billing and shipping address differ a credit authorization form and copy of your drivers license is required. Please email us at Hello@rejoycedbybeauty.com for an authorization form. Any credit card fraud or theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of law.

Once items are picked up by carrier they are beyond our control. If items are missing or lost please contact the carrier for more information. If you are not home to sign for your package please contact the carrier to reschedule delivery. 

If your packaged is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect mailing address you must pay to have the items reshipped to you.  

Processing Time

Current processing time is 3-5 days business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Items are shipped via 3 day shipping with signature conformation. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays. 

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your items have been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number after the processing time please contact us at hello@rejoycedbybeauty.com Please include your name, address, and order number.
